To begin the Volunteering Process, please emailÌý leadandserve@fau.edu Ìýto obtain the Human Resource form. All interested volunteers must have a completed background check to volunteer on the ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ campuses.

Volunteer Risk Waiver Ìý(For ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ and Non-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ Volunteers)

Volunteer Registration Ìý(For ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ and Non-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ Category One Volunteers)
This form is to be completed by all Category One Volunteers.

Parent/Guardian Authorization for the Treatment of MinorsÌý
This form is to be completed by a parent or guardian of all Category One and Category Two volunteers who are minors.

Academic Service-Learning Risk WaiverÌý
This form is a risk waiver that must be signed by all ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ students completing an Academic Service-Learning project as part of their course.
