FSL Ambassadors
The purpose of the Fraternity & Sorority Life Ambassador Program is to:
- Encourage unaffiliated students to explore membership in a fraternity or sorority at Florida Atlantic University.
- Share accurate and accessible information with incoming students and families about fraternity and sorority life, including the recruitment and intake processes.
- Highlight the personal, academic, leadership, and community benefits of membership while helping challenge common misconceptions and negative stereotypes.
The Fraternity & Sorority Life Ambassador Program is currently undergoing a significant redesign to better support the educational needs of the Florida Atlantic University community. FSL Ambassadors are governing council officers, chapter executive board members, and general community members who are committed to educating prospective members, students, families, and campus partners about the benefits, impact, and long-term value of fraternity and sorority membership. We belive in peer-to-peer education and student led advocacy.听
Ambassadors are selected through a competitive application and training process and represent some of the strongest student leaders within the fraternity and sorority community. Participants must be second-year students or above and are prepared to share accurate information, answer questions, challenge common misconceptions, and help others better understand the fraternity and sorority experience at Florida Atlantic.
