What is it?

A non-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ entity for this purpose is defined as an entity that provides frequent services for ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ campuses, and therefore has staff on campus regularly; however, it is limited to those entities that have the same staff on campus regularly.

¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ provides a portal through which each appropriate non-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ entity contact may manage their contact information individually. This is accessible via a secure link shared upon approval by a non-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ entity.

How Does My Entity Sign Up?

If your entity wishes to receive ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ emergency alerts via the call-out, email, and/or text message modules, please complete theÌý . If your non-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ entity fits the criteria, you will be contacted with instructions to complete the registration process.Ìý

One way to ensure non-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ entities receive emergency notifications is to download the Owl Ready App. All emergency notifications sent through the ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ Alert system are also sent to the Owl Ready App.Ìý

How Do I Remove Myself From the System?

For Non-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ entities wishing no longer to receive emergency notifications through the ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ Alert system, please complete the following:

1. 1. Visit theÌý
   2. Complete the form for "Application Support - ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ Alert Phone Removal (NON-¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ Entity)."
   3. Submit Request
