What is the Holmes Scholars庐 Program?

The American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE) established Holmes Scholars庐 Program in 1991 to provide mentorship, peer support, professional development, and rich scholarly experiences to doctoral students of a larger Holmes group pursuing terminal degrees in education. In 2016, Florida Atlantic University鈥檚 College of Education was approved to have the AACTE Holmes Scholars庐 Program to provide an environment of support to doctoral students enrolled in education programs.
