Registration Assistance Forms

Before the completion of any formÌýplease confirm that the appropriate prerequisite courses have been completed. Ìý To see a course's prerequisites, go to 'Registration' within 'Self Service' and search for the course. Click the course name under 'Title'. Click on the 'prerequisites' square on the left side under 'Class Details'. This page will give you a list or pre-requisites and other restrictions on enrollment.

• • Indicate CRN, Course Number and Title, i.e. 10015, ART 1201, 2D Design Foundations
  • ONLY use your ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ email address
  • Complete the form and Submit
  • You will receive notification via your ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ email address

Directed Independent Study ContractÌý

• • Print and fill out contract completely
  • Have professor review, sign and return to you. All DIS courses require instructor approval.
  • Return signed contract to the Art Office (AH 118) on the Boca Campus or via email: art@fau.edu
  • Please note that it is a variable credit course and students must adjust the number of credits themselves.Ìý

• After you have registered for your classes, you can follow the steps below to change the number of credits in variable credit courses.

  1. Select ÌýRegister for Classes
  2. Select ÌýSchedule and Options Ìýat the top
  Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý The number of credits will be underlined
  3. Where it says ÌýHours, click on the number that is there and then type in the number of credits that you are registering for
  Ìý Ìý Ìý Ìý Make sure that the number is within the range listed and then press ÌýSubmit.
  4. The change will be visible on your schedule
