Laptop Projection (AirMedia)

Windows PC Instructions:

  1. Laptop must be connected to the 鈥渇auwpa2鈥 network using your 国产自拍NetID and Password.
  2. Open web browser and type:听
    1. You will be prompted to download the Crestron AirMedia application onto your computer. This application is a free, one-time download.
    2. Upon downloading the application, you will need to enter an access code (located at the bottom-left of the screen). This code is visible on the TV screen prior to setting up your connection.
    3. It is important to disconnect (located in the AirMedia app) when you are done.
    4. The code located at the bottom-left of the screen will also reset for the next user.
  3. Troubleshooting:
    1. If the while connecting, the TV reverts to another input- use the TV鈥檚 remote and press 鈥淪ource鈥 and select 鈥淧C鈥.

Apple / Mac Instructions:

  1. Laptop must be connected to the 鈥fauwpa2鈥 network using your 国产自拍NetID and Password.
  2. Open web browser and type:听
    1. You will be prompted to download the Crestron AirMedia application onto your computer in the Apple App Store. This application is a free, one-time download.
    2. Upon downloading the application and opening http://10.53/9.231 you will be prompted to open 鈥AirPlay鈥 or Screen Mirroring located in the upper-right of your screen (depending which version of MacOS you have).
    3. You should see the Air Media device鈥檚 ID listed in your screen mirroring menu (it may
      4. take a few minutes for it to load).
    4. Once you can click on it, you will be prompted to enter the code located in the lower- left of the TV screen.
    5. It is important to disconnect (located in the AirMedia app) when you are done.
    6. The code located at the bottom-left of the screen will also reset for the next user.
  3. Troubleshooting:
