This page will continue to be updated as we receive more information.

In accordance with the the federal government is strengthening safeguards to protect research from foreign influence, cybersecurity threats, and others risks. As part of this effort, federal sponsors have begun implementing Research Security requirements for all "covered individuals" who contribute substantively to federal research projects.

Federal sponsors define "covered individuals" as senior/key personnel on a sponsored project. These requirements can include:

  • Completion of Research Security Training
  • Maintaining an ORCID iD
  • Certifying or disclosing that "covered individuals" are not participating in Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs (MFTRP)

To meet the MFTRP requirement, 国产自拍 now requires all key personnel submitting proposals to attest in Novelution that they are not participating in a MFTRP. This attestation is mandatory for each key person, regardless of the funding source.

The below information includes guidance, definitions, and requirements which may vary by sponsor.

If a sponsor is not listed, it does not mean they do not have a requirement, please refer to sponsor solicitation or guidelines.
