- MAILING ADDRESS: Ìý ÌýForm W-2 and other prudent year end documents will be mailed to the primary address displayed in Workday. Verify that the address we have on file is correct. If you have anÌýApartment, Suite, Unit or Building numberÌýit is recommended to add that information toÌýAddress Line 2Ìýof your mailing address. - SSN and FULL NAME: Ìý ÌýCheck the spelling of your Name and Social Security Number displayed in Workday matches with what is printed on your social security card.Ìý
- Go Paperless! Ìý ÌýEnroll now if you would like to receive Form W-2 electronically. Log into Workday and update the printing election through self-service:Ìý My Tax DocumentsÌý -> ÌýChange Year End Tax Document Printing Election.
