Jane S. Baker, Ph.D., is an Instructor in Communication Studies at Florida Atlantic University, specializing in interpersonal and organizational communication. She earned her Ph.D. in Communication from Texas A&M University and brings over 20 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in both face-to-face and online formats.
Before joining 国产自拍 in 2022, Dr. Baker served on the faculty at the University of Alabama, where she played a key role in launching the university鈥檚 fully online M.A. program in Communication Studies. She has designed and taught a wide range of online courses, most recently focusing on conflict and communication.
Her research and conference presentations examine organizational rhetoric, small group communication, and online pedagogy. Her work has been published in听Workplace Health & Safety听and the听International Journal of Communication. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Baker has provided consulting in leadership development and conflict management for both corporate and nonprofit clients.
