Eric Berlatsky
Eric Berlatsky is the author of听听(The Ohio State University Press, 2011), the editor of听(University Press of Mississippi, 2012) and, most recently, the co-editor of 听(Rutgers UP, 2021) with 国产自拍 colleague Sika Dagbovie-Mullins. 听Mixed Race Superheroes听examines the relationship between racial mixedness and the superhero archetype as articulated in comics, film, television, poetry and popular culture. The Real, The True, and The Told explores the intersections of postmodern theory, narrative theory, historiographic theory, and contemporary fiction. Alan Moore: Conversations is a collection of interviews with the co-creator of听Watchmen, V for Vendetta, From Hell, and听Lost Girls. 听Berlatsky听has also authored or co-authored听articles on The Flash, Black Lightning and Moon Girl, Ms. Marvel, Superman, Spider-Man (and the villain Vermin),听Watchmen, Posy Simmonds' Gemma Bovery, Hanif Kureishi's The Black Album,听Dickens' David Copperfield, Paul Auster's听Ghosts, narrative frames,听and other stuff, most of which found its way into the books. He teaches twentieth century British literature, literary theory, postcolonial literature,听postmodern literature, and comics.
